WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship across India. For international orders or bulk B2B shipments, please contact us directly at srilakshmihandicraft@gmail.com.

PROCESSING TIME
All products are handcrafted or hand-finished. Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 5–10 business days. Custom or large furniture orders may require 3–6 weeks; timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

SHIPPING PARTNERS
We use trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of our products. Fragile and high-value items are packed with extra care using protective materials.

TRACKING
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight/dimensions. Heavy furniture items may carry additional freight charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Metro cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / remote areas: 8–15 business days after dispatch
These are estimates; actual delivery may vary.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges will apply.
