Shipping Policy

At SRI LAKSHMI HANDICRAFT, every piece is handcrafted to order in our Mysore workshop. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing time

All standard catalogue items — sculptures, figurines, wall panels, and small furniture — are dispatched within 7–14 business days of order confirmation and payment. Custom and made-to-order pieces have individually communicated timelines. Your order confirmation message will state the expected completion and dispatch date.

Shipping partners

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC depending on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The most appropriate carrier is selected at the time of dispatch to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping charges

  • Small sculptures and figurines (under 2 kg): ₹150 – ₹300
  • Medium sculptures (2–8 kg): ₹400 – ₹700
  • Small furniture and large panels (8–25 kg): ₹800 – ₹2,000
  • Oversized or heavy items: Charges communicated separately before dispatch.

Local delivery — Mysore

For customers within Mysore city, we offer free delivery on orders above ₹5,000. Please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a convenient delivery slot.

Packaging

All pieces are carefully packed with bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy outer cartons. Larger furniture pieces are crated where necessary. We take every precaution to ensure your piece arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email.

International shipping

We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. International charges and timelines are communicated at the time of order. Indian rosewood (Dalbergia latifolia) is CITES Appendix II listed — all international shipments carry the required documentation. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us at salesofslh@gmail.com or on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
