Sri Lakshmi Handicraft — Refund Policy

All our products are handcrafted with exceptional care. We stand behind the quality of every piece.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact
- A valid reason is provided (damage in transit, manufacturing defect, or wrong item received)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom/bespoke orders made to specification
- Products with signs of use, wear, or modification
- Items not reported within 7 days of delivery

PROCESS
1. Email srilakshmihandicraft@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photographs of the item
2. We will review and respond within 2–3 business days
3. Approved returns must be shipped back to our Mysore address at the customer's cost (unless due to our error)

REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.

To cancel, email srilakshmihandicraft@gmail.com immediately with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom/bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
